2- Add to cart the saddle(s) you are interested in.
3- Click on "order".
4- If you are not already a member, please sign up.
5- Read the Terms of sales.
6- Pick a credit card.
7- Follow the instructions for online payment.
8- You will receive a confirmation email

2) Where is your inventory and where do you ship saddles from? |

We keep ou inventory in New Jersey and we ship saddles from New Jersey too. |

3) Are the saddles shown in Used-Devoucoux.com all available for sale and is the inventory accurate? |
|

Yes, all saddles are available. |

4) How do you rate the conditions of the used saddles? |
|
| |
Exceptional: like new
Very Good: little use of the part of the saddle
Good: The part of the saddle has an average (proportionate to the age of the saddle)
OK: the part of the saddle has slighty more wear than is average for the age of the saddle.
If a saddle underwent any repairs, it is noted in the comment section what kind of repairs have been done. All repairs are done by the Devoucoux workshop. |

5) How does the flap sizing work? |
|
| |
a- The length of the flap
Flaps number go from 0 (the shortest) to 4 (the longest)
#2 is the average length of flap for an average woman. So it is easy to guess which flap size is good for you.
b- The forwardness of the flap
A: forward flap
AA: very forward flap
D: Less forward than a regular flap
If you ride short (like some jumpers or eventers), you may have to go for a forward flap. |

6) What should I do if I do not know the size of the flap for me? |
|
| |
Try a saddle and you will see how it fits you. That is why we have a 7 days trial “satisfied or reimbursed” policy. |

7) I want the same saddle as my friend/trainer! |
|
| |
Give us the information written underneath the saddle or between the flaps (saddle name and all the numbers). With this information, we will be able to find the right saddle for you. |

8) How fast can you ship the saddle to me? |
|
| |
We ship FedEx Groundall saddle within 24 hours (during week days) after we processed your payment.
It usually takes :
- one day to be delivered to NY, NJ, CT.
- two or three days everywhere else to the East coast and the Great Lakes Area.
- four to five days to the Midwest and the West Coast.
